INTRODUCTIONThe Yashica FX-103 Program is a 35mm film SLR camera made in Japan by Yashica in 1985. BEST SUITED FOR:
PERSONAL NOTESThe Yashica FX-103 Program is an average camera for its time. I used it for a few weeks, nothing really stands out, which is good and bad. No feature is so great that I'm in awe, but also, everything is there for a photographer to be able to shoot. The main thing about that camera is that it has access to really good lenses. It shares the same lens mount as some Contax cameras, the C/Y (Contax/Yashica) mount. So you can either mount Yashica made lenses for cheap, or go with supers Zeiss lenses. I used a Zeiss 45mm f2.8 and it was amazingly sharp. CONCLUSIONFor the price, the Yashica FX-103 Program is a good deal, it has everything you need, and has access to great lenses.
