INTRODUCTION

The Werra 1 is a 35mm film viewfinder camera made in East Germany in 1955.

BEST SUITED FOR:

Fun!

PERSONAL NOTES

The design of the Werra cameras is special, the top plate is simple, flat, with only the shutter button. The film advance is done by twisting the lens, which is very unusual, but adds to the experience. Also, the lens cover doubles as a lens hood when screwed inside out.

I really liked using my Werra, as it's a very unusual camera, it also goes with an usual experience. This is a real eye turner amongst camera lovers.

Apart from that, the Werra is ordinary, the finder is normal, the lens is normal, its design is really the interesting part of the camera.

CONCLUSION

A Werra is fun to use because of its unusual design. Apart from that, it's just an ordinary camera. Buy one if you are a camera lover.
