INTRODUCTIONThe Nikon EM is a 35mm film SLR made in Japan by Nikon between 1979 and 1982. BEST SUITED FOR:
PERSONAL NOTESThe Nikon EM is a simple to use 35mm SLR. It only has aperture priority mode or bulb exposure. For the size and price, it's pretty good. The fact that there is no manual mode or that you cannot easily compensate exposure (the only way being to play with the ISO dial) this camera is quite limited. The big thing that I hate about this camera is that its film winding lever always gets into my glasses, very annoying as I cannot compose as easily as with other cameras. CONCLUSIONFor the price, it's ok, but if you need more control, get a FM, FE or FA. If you can spare more money definitely go for the great FM3A! PHOTO SAMPLESVERDICT:
