INTRODUCTIONThe Lomo Pop 9 is a special 35mm point and shoot camera made to do pop art. It simultaneously takes 9 images into a 24x36 frame. This camera appeared around 2005, and it's part of the Lomography movement that came from Austria. We can find it for cheap on eBay. BEST SUITED FOR:
PERSONAL NOTESThe Lomo Pop9 is a cheap camera, plastic made, 35mm film point and shoot with integrated flash. Nothing special here, except that it has 9 lenses! The regular 24x36 frame is separated into 9 smaller frames, when you press the shutter, the camera takes 9 images that looks almost identical. This is a creative camera if you deliberately make some differences between your lenses, a bit like Andy Warhol did with his pop art. CONCLUSIONThe Lomo Pop 9 is a fun camera to use provided you tweaked the lenses a bit. If you want to experiment pop art, get one. PHOTO SAMPLESVERDICT:
