INTRODUCTIONThe Hasselblad H6D is a medium format digital camera made in Sweden 2016. BEST SUITED FOR:
PERSONAL NOTESI played with this camera for a few hours, did a few test shots indoors. This camera is like a formula one racecar. It has 100 megapixels, a whole lot of latitude, impressive image quality, but... But it can acheive this only in good lighting situations, where proper lights are deployed, or when you have some big light available like the Sun. In low light, forget about it, even if the sensor is better than every other medium format at higher ISO. You don't get 10 frames per second with this either. It's only meant for optimal quality, not speed. And let me tell you, it delivers. In my opinion, the amount of detail, resolution wise, is comparable to 4x5 film, or even bigger. Printing big with a photo from this camera is reaching new levels. If you crop a small portion in the image, you still get an impressive amount of detail. CONCLUSIONA formula one car is not cheap, but sometimes, you need it to impress your jetset customers. PHOTO SAMPLESVERDICT:
